Tempered Glass is the glass which is made to obtain crushing stress on the surface by such processes of heating, 

softening and homogeneous and swift cooling. During the cooling process, the crushing stress will be generated 

on the glass surface and tensile stress produced within the glass, thus increasing its strength. The tempered glass

as one kind of safe glass is widely applied to the places where higher mechanical strength and safety are required, 

like glass door, building curtain wall, elevation window, internal partition, furniture, and the partition close to thermal 

source and places subject to relatively violent hot and cold shock.
